Our Community Support Services division is seeking a motivated and flexible professional for our Lifestyle Support program.
As a Support Worker / Registered Nurse the focus will be on the day-to-day provision of support and services including medications to a group of people who have a range of intellectual and physical disabilities including epilepsy.
To be successful you must have:
•current registration with the NSW Nurses Registration board and current annual authority to practice.
•experience in the supporting people with a disability including epilepsy or community sector experience.
•be available to work a variety of shifts as part of a 7 day x 24 hour roster.
•current NSW driver’s licence.
•have good communication and computer skills.
