REGISTERED NURSE / CARE CONSULTANT - GARRAN LOCATION

Southern Cross Care is seeking to employ the services of a registered nurse to join our management team as a Care Consultant for our facility at Garran.
The position entails providing support and education for our Care Team as well as being instrumental in ensuring the needs of high care residents are met. This position is initially for 20 hours per week. Hours may increase at a later stage. The successful applicant will possess:* An empathy with older people; * A current ACT Nurse Registration (list A); * Sound knowledge or experience in/with RCS reviews, Care Plans and Documentation; * Time and people management skills; * Good team building skills; and * Current Drivers License.
