The day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to;

* The delivery, management and co-ordination of quality resident care * Ensure all relevant documentation, assessments & medication information is up to date and accurate * Ensuring optimal quality of life for individual residents

Skills & Qualifications Required:

* Registered Nurse with the QNC. * Palliative Care Certificate / experience * Prior experience in a similar role within Aged Care * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * CPR/ First Aid Certificate * Current police check * Current Australian working visa (if applicable)
