Our client is looking for Div 1 and Div 2 Endorsed Aged Care Registered Nurses for their faculty located in Coburb. They are looking for experienced, passionate and compassionate staff to oversee and care for the residents on the floor, and directly report to the Faculty Manager
You will need to possess:
* Current registration with the Victorian Nurses Board as a Divisional 1 nurse. * Strong leadership skills * Minimum 3 years experience in Aged Care * Knowledge of ACFI funding tool and implications on resident care needs * Outstanding written and verbal skills * Ability to lead, educate and mentor a team * Knowledge of legislation appropriate to this position * A demonstrated passion and commitment to working within the Australian aged care sector and a compassionate nature towards its residents/patients. * Will have a personal and professional commitment to provide a high quality level of service to patients, families and fellow staff, and will be motivated to work towards the common dynamic and holistic goals of the organisation.
