Salary:
$72 – 80k

We are currently seeking a dynamic Deputy Director of Nursing (DDON), for this key leadership role.
Excellent location – Windsor, Victoria.

THE ROLE
This role requires a dynamic Deputy Director of Nursing (DDON) to manage and coordinate a team of nursing professionals, manage & regularly evaluate systems, policies & procedures to ensuring compliance & performance benchmarks are in place, and budget control.

THE PEOPLE WE LOOK FOR

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current Registered Nurse Div 1.
Proven Senior Management experience within Aged Care Services
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Good understanding of ACFI, Aged Care Accreditation & Legislation policies
Excellent Communication & Organisation skills
Good working knowledge of Budgets & Finances
