Supporting the General Manager, this newly created role have been established to provide support to Care and Clinical Staff.
We are seeking someone passionate about Person-Centred Care and who is a caring and genuine mentor to their staff, being a role model, motivator and leader. Of course having a strong understanding of the principles of contemporary Aged Care and the Aged Care Business Management is paramount.
The Clinical Care Coordinator role is hands-on reviewing training and service needs, educating staff, paying attention to individual Care Plans, reviewing and assessing care needs, recommending improvements to services, and coordination of care services.
